One of the problems we see, even in our churches, is people pursuing spirituality without Jesus. This is entirely backward. We should pursue Jesus and whatever spirituality follows will be enough.

that begs the question: does Jesus cause us to be spiritual? Is Jesus spiritual? what exactly is spiritual?
That's fair. Spiritual is (frankly) not an assessment you should make of yourself. Pursue Jesus, and let whatever it is He makes you into be enough.
